Off That Sauce
Off That Sauce, LLC is a small family-owned business located in the beautiful Illinois Valley of Southern Oregon, and was founded in 2022.
OTS grows all the main ingredients used in the processing of the hot sauces and pepper jellies they produce. OTS believes in small businesses sustaining their local communities by using local products, goods and services in as much of one's business and personal life as possible. In that respect, OTS utilizes a local print shop for all of their printing needs, buying locally all supplies used in their farming and sauce processing and they offer their products directly to the consumer through Cave Junction Farmer's Market, and other local venues.
A nice selection of pepper starts and other unique herb and vegetable starts will be available starting in May this year as well as a variety of fresh and unique produce at harvest, such as Toothache Plant, Dragon's Egg Cucumber and Wasabi Radish, to name a few. A new addition to OTS this year will be microgreens! A variety of nutritious and delicious tiny greens packed with healthy vitamins that are good-for-everyone and great in your favorite sandwich or salad!
Visit their booth at the CJ Farmer's Market to sample the original Smokey Verde, Phaalicious Curry and Jamaica Me Crazy hot sauces, or the increasingly popular Zesty Red Jelly or mild and sweet Jalapeno Jelly. Fresh Salsa with the perfect heat level is currently under development and will be available in the second half of this season!
